Biography

Daniel Pool is an Assessment Coordinator for the Assessment office at USAO.  He has been a member of the USAO staff since 2013. Daniel is an active member of the USAO Staff Association and is currently serving on a University committee.

Daniel was born and raised in Oklahoma. He graduated from USAO in 2011 with a degree in Psychology. He has worked as a journalist, construction worker, and software developer.

His artcles and fiction have been published online and in print with the Trend, Indigo Rising, Scarlet Sound, Fringe, and Weirdyear Magazine. 

Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife, Katelin, and is also involved in his church community, parents' coffee shop, and remodeling a home in Lindsay, OK.

The Office of Assessment administers, collects, and reports student progress over the course of their academic career. In addition, the office aids the accreditation and research committees by implementing surveys and assessments. The testing center also proctors exams for students with unique needs or situations.
